My name is Marzena and I am 38 years young.
I studied sports and training methods at the University of Kassel in Germany.
From cross country running, Circuit training and Tabata to HIIT training, I found out what kind of training suits me the best and get me my sixpack!
I coached different kind of people to get in shape and feel fit, strong and satisfied again.
To see the excitement and proud in people's faces reaching their goals with my guidance has the greatest value for me.
That's my motivation!

First, we will define your fitness level/ sports and exercise experience and goal.
After that, I will create a workout for you according to these results.
The next step would be the actual workout where I will explain and demonstrate the workout and exercises to you. We will go through them together and I will correct your performing before we start with the workout.
If you feel uncomfortable/overstrained or under-challenged, I will modify the exercises to your needs to make sure that you are motivated.
Within the second session, we will talk about your Nutrition habits and I will give you guidance using my simple concept. And we will continue with the next workout which is customized to you!

I was training with Marzena for two months and she has been by far the best coach I have ever had. She always showed great dedication in creating a routine that suited my needs and also my physical state.
