During my classes, expect to have a great time, to laugh, to sweat sometimes, to relax, to try new things, and learning more about how your wonderful body and mind work.
Each session is unique. We work on various themes to explore different parts of the body and emotions.

From here and elsewhere, rocked from an early age by travel, which was my greatest school, I was able, through them, to reveal my passion for our magnificent human body, a passion that was buried in inside of me.
The paths of yoga, natural medicine and mine have crossed for my greatest happiness and we still have a long journey ahead of us.
And since the happiness that cannot be shared is not true happiness, it goes without saying that teaching and sharing became obvious to me.
My name is iléa, Co-founder of the @yam shala space, in Tavira, Portugal, where i teach particular and group classes (Gentle yoga, Yin yoga, Chair yoga, Dynamic yoga, Prenatal yoga), passionate about the universe of natural health and well-being, I am an eternal student, curious and in love with the life.
Remember that living better on a daily basis is above all knowing how to listen to your body and take care of it.
