Olá pessoal, meu nome é Schuyler (sky-ler). Sou uma americana morando no Brasil, originalmente da California. Nas minhas lições usamos materiais interessantes para aprender: artigos do jornal ou revistas, blogs, filmes, videos, canções, etc. Você vai aprender rápido como ler, escrever, compreender, e falar porque vamos usar materiais divertidos para construir mais vocabulário, melhorar pronuncia, e entender gramática. Minha filosofia é a aprendizagem de uma lingua deve ser interessante e relevante para os interesses dos meus alunos. Então podemos escolher juntos os materiais certos para seus objectivos! (por exemplo se você quiser melhorar seu inglês para negócios ou um setor específico).
Hi everyone! My name is Schuyler (sky-ler) and I'm an American living in Brazil, originally from California. In my lessons, we use materials to learn: newspaper or magazine articles, films, videos, music, etc. You will learn quickly to read, write, understand, and speak because we use engaging materials to construct better vocabulary, improve pronunciation, and understand the rules of grammar. My philosophy is that learning a language should be fun and relevant to the interests of my students. Thus, let's work together in choosing the right materials for your goals! (e.g. if you are interested in learning business english or for a specific sector or type of job/academic program). Please get in touch!
