Mais sobre Junior
I'm a Brazilian from Minas Gerais, in southeastern Brazil, and I've been passionate about learning languages since childhood. I speak four languages conversationally and am always working on adding more to the list. I'm currently learning Japanese and continue exploring new languages whenever I can.
I'm also a Portuguese tutor with over 2,000 lessons taught and dozens of satisfied students from around the world. I've helped students improve their Portuguese through personalized lessons, practical grammar, pronunciation training, and real-life conversations.
Outside of teaching and studying languages, I enjoy going to the gym, listening to music, singing, and playing all kinds of sports.
If you're looking for a tutor who understands the challenges of learning a foreign language firsthand, I'd love to help you on your journey to mastering Brazilian Portugu

Learn Brazilian Portuguese with a Polyglot Teacher
Personalized lessons designed around your needs
My classes are tailored to your needs, goals, and current level. During our trial lesson, we'll discuss your objectives, assess your proficiency, and create a learning plan that fits your needs. We'll also track your progress over time so you can see how far you've come.
A different approach to language learning
Throughout my journey as a language teacher, I've developed a practical, personalized approach to help you learn faster and more effectively.
Whether you're a complete beginner or already have some experience with Portuguese, I'll help you build the skills you need to communicate naturally and confidently. With consistency, dedication, and the right guidance, you can make real progress toward speaking Brazilian Portuguese with confidence and sounding more like a native speaker.
Why take classes with me instead of other teachers?
1. Develop a natural Brazilian accent
With my guidance, you'll work on your pronunciation, intonation, and accent to sound more natural in Brazilian Portuguese. Whether you're planning to visit Brazil, live here, or simply want to sound more like a local, I'll help you get closer to your goal.
2. Engaging, conversation-focused lessons
My classes focus on real communication. You'll learn vocabulary and grammar through practical examples and meaningful conversations, rather than memorizing endless rules or following methods that promise you'll learn like a baby but leave you struggling to communicate.
You'll understand how Portuguese works and, more importantly, how Brazilians actually use it in everyday life.
3. 24/7 support from native Brazilians
You'll have access to support from native Brazilian speakers to help answer your questions and give you more opportunities to engage with the language outside class. This way, you can get help when you need it and make Portuguese a part of your everyday life.
