My Teaching Approach: What You Can Expect from Our Portuguese Lessons
As a private tutor, my approach is centered on communication, clarity, and confidence. I believe that language is best learned through real-life context, so I focus on helping students express themselves naturally, while also building a solid foundation in grammar and vocabulary.
My Methods:
I use a mix of communicative and practical methods, tailored to your goals. This includes conversation practice, listening activities, role-playing, short readings, and personalized exercises. I also bring authentic materials (videos, texts, music, etc.) to make learning more enjoyable and connected to real Brazilian culture.
Lesson Structure:
Each class is carefully planned and flexible. We usually start with a warm-up to review previous content, followed by the introduction of new topics through engaging activities. You’ll always have space to ask questions, practice speaking, and receive constructive feedback.

I’m a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker with a strong passion for languages and cultural exchange. I speak English fluently, so I can explain difficult topics clearly when needed. I’m also very patient, adaptable, and committed to making you feel comfortable and motivated throughout your journey.
