1. We arrange the session at the best time and spot for you in Lisbon. I’ll film you for an hour and a half and provide all the guidance you need to make the most of it in the water.
2. You’ll receive all the videos recorded in HD + the video analysis, deeply analyzing your performance and all technical and behavioral aspects that are helping or hindering your improvement. You'll receive a screen recording video.

Eu tive uma sessão de vídeo análise com o professor Lucas em Carcavelos e posso afirmar que foi uma experiência que agregou muito na minha evolução. Ele abordou fundamentos como o drop, remada e passadas corrigindo movimentos errados e afirmando pontos positivos! Recomendo muito seus serviços.
I did some video analysis with Lucas, I can say that I really learned a lot. Even though the sea conditions weren't very good on the day of the video analysis, Lucas still picked up very important points that I was missing and I hadn't even imagined.
In the other video analyzes we did, I was already executing the correct movements that I had learned in the previous video analysis. Soon I managed to improve my surfing a lot with the quality of Lucas's video analyses.Ver mais recomendações
