Lessons will be technical, fun, and always based on your specific needs:
- Surf theory (safety first, ocean wisdom, currents/rips, board knowledge)
- Warm-up (yoga ~ stretching)
- Pre surf exercises (on sand and in water)
- Practicing in the water
- Corrections and tips (given throughout lesson)
- Video analysis (primarily for advanced surfers)
Lessons are 1.5 hours and cost €35 per person. We can adjust length of each session to the student’s needs and experience.
