I have a lot of skills, let's see:
I work as a screenwriter and film director, theater writer and performer and cultural programmer. I studied cinema in Lisbon, Portugal and in Austin,Texas.
AN AVOCADO PIT, my debut short film, earned a spot on the shortlist of the 96th Academy Awards (Oscars) and Elliot Page has become its Executive Producer (crazy!)
I was selected for Torino Film Lab, Midpoint Institute and EAVE (this is great ;P) . I'm also one of the directors chosen for La Factory des Cinéastes 2025 - Quinzaine des Cinéastes in Cannes (lost my mind).
I have been touring around Europe with the show Atlas of the Mouth, a duet I performed more than 40 times, and I'm starting a new piece in the end of 2024.
Being an artist comes with some perks so here I am! I could be here teaching cinema or dance but I feel I have too much of that already in my life, so I'll teach you my language.
