I am a career advisor and recruitment professional with more than 15 years of international experience across recruitment, executive search, and talent advisory in five countries.
I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Florida International University (FIU) and have worked with professionals and organizations across multiple industries and cultures.
Alongside my corporate recruitment experience, I discovered my passion for supporting young people during my time at ELEVATE in the UK, where I helped individuals aged 16–24 access employment, education, and training opportunities. Supporting young people as they navigate important academic and career decisions inspired me to focus on career guidance and employability coaching.
Today, I work with teenagers, students, and young professionals to help them explore career paths, select academic options such as IGCSE subjects, prepare for internships and first jobs, and build the confidence and skills needed to transition successfully into the world of work.
My approach is practical, supportive, and personalized, combining real-world recruitment insight with coaching techniques that help students better understand their strengths, interests, and future opportunities.

My methodology is practical, personalized, and focused on helping students make informed academic and career decisions with confidence. I combine career coaching techniques, active listening, and real-market insights gained through more than 15 years of international experience in recruitment and executive search across five countries.
My sessions are interactive and tailored to each student’s age, personality, interests, and goals. I guide students through career exploration, strengths assessment, university and subject selection, including IGCSE choices, internship preparation, CV writing, interview preparation, and first-job readiness.
A typical session includes discussion, reflection exercises, practical activities, and action planning. I encourage students to actively participate and develop self-awareness, confidence, and decision-making skills.
