I’m originally from Bahia, Brazil, and now I live in the USA. I have a passion for science, aquatic animals, and, of course, cats! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and trying new foods.
I’ve had the chance to visit places like China, France, Argentina, and many others. These experiences have helped me understand how important it is to learn from different cultures and connect with people from all around the world.
I know what it feels like to learn a new language because I’ve been through it myself. Moving to a new country wasn’t easy, but it taught me how important it is to stay connected to my roots. That’s why I’m passionate about teaching both English and Portuguese to help kids feel proud of who they are and excited to learn.
My goal is to make learning feel like something fun and personal, so kids feel comfortable speaking, playing, and enjoying the process. Seeing their smiles when they understand something new or speak with their family in Portuguese is what makes this work so special to me.

I have over 10 years of experience in the teaching field. I understand how important it is for you, as a parent, to keep your child connected to their Brazilian roots, even while living abroad. I’ve had the joy of helping many families just like yours.
One family I worked with was struggling to teach their young daughter Portuguese at home, and they felt hopeless because, despite their best efforts, she only responded in English. They thought she wasn't interested in learning the language. But after they started working with me and having consistent lessons, she became excited to speak with me and her family about everything she was learning, this time in Portuguese. Seeing the smile on her face when she could understand more and sing the songs we practiced during our lessons in Portuguese by heart was priceless.
I teach English and Brazilian Portuguese in a fun, engaging way that helps your child not only learn but also feel confident using the language they need most. My lessons are personalized to fit your child’s pace, with games, activities, and conversations that make learning feel natural.
